My last day at FE was yesterday.. . Just need to do clearance there and some are quite shock to hear my last day cos i practically didn't mention anything abt quitting depsite lunching with them everyday..my lips are sealed...hehe..exchanged numbers with some of them and I didn't have much to do anyway... ended up surfing Yahoo's Tech page...learn sumthing there.. A new technology call blu-ray that will replace DVD...in near future....

Blu-ray is a high definition disc. It uses a blue laser with a shorter wavelength to read the data (hence its name). Data is stored closer to the surface and has capacities of up to 200GB on a single disc in the future vs. a 9GB DVD. Currently only 50GB discs are being made. Blu-ray is currently being used for gaming and movies, but blu-ray drives are beginning to be put into computers. the advantage of blu-ray is that a normal dvd does not have the storage capacity to play HD movies, with blu-ray viewers can watch full length movies in vivid 1080p. Also, developers can make games 5x bigger and longer than before with stunning visuals. With computers you could backup all of your data in one or two discs vs. 25 dvds.

Spend the day clearing my com desk. Act, I wanted to watch huan huan ai at youtube.... But as youtube are either suspending a/cs or deleteting vids as deemed violation to their policy, I either see missing parts for an episode or videos that are marked private..Bah...spoilers.
Household beetle?! dunno wat kind of beetle this is...I just flush 1 down the toilet and another yet there's another.. It hovered above me before smacking right into the speaker and landed liddat... seems like it's somehow lying under the speaker but it's not...it's struggling how to get back to its position...
Okay...the feelers are waving to me...I feel so itchy all of a sudden...

Today, I went to collect my 1GB ram and also Vista at this place Aldephy opp Funan . The pathetic thing is that after waiting about more than an hr, I didn't get my Vista. Reason: can't meet the demand of the order. Wtf. In the invoice, the instruction stated there was to collect them after 2 wks, and they cld acty tell me that now it's subjected to management approval whether I get the Vista as they cldn't meet the demand and it became my problem (!). If the request gt rejected, i'll have to liaise with toshiba personally for the Vista. Duh. And that will be another 2 wks waiting time. Tsk Tsk.Bah.
Ok.. this aside. Went to watch Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer. I would say it's worth the money. Great CG effect, decent storyline as afterall, it's from a comic...oh ya...jessica alba is gorgeous! No wonder Tension's Andy lurrrve her...hehe...

hehehe...i'm back...after 4 days at FE, I've decided to tender my resignation letter tmr...yup..haha. It's not a sudden decision, it's just that I dun feel any motivation there. The environment could be a major influence in my decision. I thot I'm able to accept the long working hrs and it's nt gonna be a issue to me. But, but, but....haix.. when I see the working conditions there, my mind changed. The long working hrs, the travelling time etc became issues to me...It seemed everything became negative to me and I lacked the motivation to do anything there...Everyday, the only word that came to me is "QUIT". Hehe
the 1st day i was brought around the office and god...it's like a ..storeroom!! Hahaha...I could see stacks of paper stacking high up...and files are place everywhere...on,under the table, below the drawer...man...it's the messiest office I ever seen and it's not a dept, every dept is like that.
For my own table, needless to say, it's the same! Files under the table, on the table, and i'm left with a pathetic half table space for normal work as the other half is occupied by the comp. There are acty 2 tables but the other 1 is stacked up with files. I'm actually quite disgusted by the files...there are like no cabinets for these files and it's eating in the space for my legs... there are others reasons too lah. Overall, the working condition is quite bad, I wanna say it's acty a health hazard workspace there.
Pretty disappointed with myself that i'm unable to accept the conditions there although i could acty learn a lot. Perhaps I'm spoilt in IBM. Have 2 tables joined together and another round table if i need to use. Cabinets for files...no files can be found under my table. Own cabinets and locker. Haix...all these can't be found in FE.
Once again, i'm jobless..muahahahahaha..

exams ended...dun think i can pass them...didn't manage to answer all the qns...
after that went K with sweety, yj n her bf...wanted to K overnight but no mood leh...then we left ard 2am...Took night rider home and it took abt 1 hr to reach tamp...felt nauseous during the journey that i felt i'm gonna throw up...ewww... Luckily, I had some leftovers sweets...
starting my new job tmr. There isn't any excitement or fear in me, can't feel anything..yet. Well, let's see how it goes tmr....
Well... anime time...Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge(perfect girl evolution).. wanting to watch ouran high...amy said it's nice...i'll probably start watching this series next wk then...

Hehe... i'm back to blogging....Just some recent updates...
1) My contract ended...yippy...no tearful farewell...but relieve...hehehe...gonna miss my gang there...cos there, a few of us are abt the same age...so we clicked so well...simbc, amy, naina, tanby...oh ya...didn't expect to get a farewell gift from Lam too....hahha....
2) found a job liao...went to an interview on friday at far east organisation..gonna start work on 11 june...haix...but working hrs is quite long...9-625...must work alternate saturdays...hai x2...but it's the nature of accounting job...well...the consolation part is that I can claim OT... Somehow i miss IBM environment...cos the environment in IBM is more open and less restricting..
3) bought a new laptop...after 1 mth of dian nao pai...i'm finally back...connected to the IT age! hehehe....a month without a comp was torturous..can't watch bleach, can't play games, can't surf useless websites...ok...that's 1 mth ago..used my bonus to get this laptop....i'm one of the mobile users...yeah!
This skin was entirely made by vintage.veggie. Image was entirely done by me on Adobe Photoshop CS2 with brushes. Strictly no removing any of the credits. Basecodes were by me as well.
Luckily, I had some leftovers sweets...
